What is this logo?

I remember this from many years ago.

Spinach Frittata

6 eggs
1 can of spinach
1 green onion
parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese
jalapeño slices

I put everything in the iron skillet about five minutes and then moved under the broiler for a few minutes.
